Vision Healthcare is is a consumer healthcare company with a large portfolio of self-care brands and OTC products in several European countries.

This acquisition is a steppingstone for Vision Healthcare into the Nordics, and it is in line with the company’s strategy to further consolidate its leading healthtech platform for direct-to-consumer vitamins, minerals and supplement products and beauty and personal care products in Europe.
