General business terms and conditions for trading in financial instruments through alpha corporate finance as (Alpha)
These general business terms and conditions (the Business Terms) for Alpha have been prepared in accordance with the Norwegian Act on Securities Trading (Securities Trading Act) with appurtenant regulations/circulars.
Alpha’s clients are assumed to have accepted the Business Terms as binding on themselves when, after receiving the conditions, a client places orders, enters into agreements or conducts transactions with Alpha.
These Business Terms apply to, and form a part of, the assignment agreement between Alpha and the Principal (the Agreement).
From 1 April 2011 Norwegian securities firms are required to record all telephone calls in relation to investment services, and establish procedures to enable documentation of communication through other communication channels.
Alpha Corporate Finance will therefore record all telephone calls with clients on fixed and mobile phone. Moreover, communication via e-mail and SMS will be stored. The data will be stored for at least 3 years.
We do not seek to identify visitors to this site, unless you voluntarily contact us or subscribe to our newsletter. However, we generally record certain usage information such as the number and frequency of visitors to this site. The information we may collect may include the websites that you access immediately before and after your visit to our site, the internet browsers you are using and your IP address. If we use such data at all, it will be on an aggregate basis and we will not disclose to any third party any information that could be used to identify you personally.
We will not disclose your information to other persons, except to service providers and advisers and/or their respective employees under strict confidentiality obligations.
