Eilert Hanoa (CEO of Kahoot and founder of Mamut ASA) and Must Invest (Norwegian family office) have acquired shares in Conta Group AS from the majority shareholder and CEO of Conta Group, Jan-Tore Holen.

Alpha Corporate Finance has acted as financial advisor to Mr. Holen and his holding company in the transaction.
