Powel acquires Geodata’s NIS-business
Powel AS and Geodata AS in mid-March concluded a transaction where Powel acquires all rights related to Geodata’s Net Information System (NIS) solution called GeoNIS, and simultaneously takes over the customer contracts in the utilities segment. The agreement also includes strategic co-operation related to deliveries of NIS and GIS to Norwegian utilities
