On 10 July 2025, it was announced that Lyse Fiberinvest and NTE Telekom have agreed to sell 100% of the shares in Nordvest Fiber AS to Tafjord Connect.

Nordvest Fiber is a developer and operator of fibre broadband infrastructure in the Greater Ålesund region of North-Western Norway. The company services ~3 500 fibre customers, primarily in the residential segment. Tafjord Connect is part of the energy and infrastructure company Tafjord.
