Alpha Corporate Finance has acted as financial advisor to Nordeca and its shareholders in the transaction.

Nordeca provides a SaaS platform for location-based intelligence to customers in the commercial and residential real estate market, as well as mission critical map data deliveries. Nordeca is based in Oslo. Prior to the transaction, the company was owned by the private equity firm, Cinclus, Knut Axel Ugland Holding AS and key employees.
