HRP is a leading Norwegian project management consulting company operating in the building and infrastructure sectors. The company offers its services to both public and private contracting clients. HRP has about 400 employees and covers key geographies in Norway. In 2020, the company reported revenues of about NOK 500m.

Broviken is a Swedish investment company that invests in entrepreneurial and management driven companies in the business services sector. Broviken has in a relatively short time built a broad portfolio of companies and is also majority owner in Forsen – a Swedish company similar to HRP.

Alpha Corporate Finance has acted as exclusive financial advisor to HRP AS and its shareholders in the transaction.

The transaction has been structured as a sale of 100% of the shares in HRP AS to a newly established holding company. Following the transaction this holding company is jointly owned by Broviken Gruppen II AB, RG Rustand Gruppen AS (the holding company of HRP's founder Helge Rustand) and HRP´s management and employees.

HRP’s former majority owner, Longship Fund I, has sold its entire shareholding in HRP AS.
