Strengthen regional market posistion

It is NES Global Talent’s second acquisition in Norway, following the purchase of technical consultancy and staffing solutions provider RC Consultants (RCC) earlier this year, and will further strengthen the Company’s market position in the region. Both Energy People and RCC will rebrand as NES Global Talent.

Energy People, established late 2011, is a leading provider of consultancy, advisory and manpower solutions to the energy industry in Norway. The company is focused on supplying the engineering and project management expertise required by operator and contractor companies on onshore and offshore projects. Collectively, its recruiters have more than 75 years’ experience in placing engineers with operators and contractor companies operating on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. 2013 revenues were NOK 229 million.

NES Global Talent, owned by AEA Investors LP, provides a complete range of global talent solutions to the oil and gas, power and infrastructure sectors worldwide. The Company offers a comprehensive set of guaranteed staffing solutions ranges from payroll administration to full recruitment process outsourcing. Established over 35 years ago, with more than 40 offices in 28 countries, the Company is on the ground wherever its clients, candidates and contractors need it. 2013 revenues were USD 977 million.
