Create-Solutions is a data analytics SaaS company that provides its customers with a holistic view of the commercial real estate market. Its customers include property owners, banks and finance institutions, brokers, legal advisors, contractors and other professional service companies adjacent to the real estate sector. Create-Solutions has offices in Oslo and Stavanger. Prior to the transaction, the company was owned by Smedvig Eiendom, the founders and key employees.
