OppFrisk started in 2007 as a local provider of labor market services in Hedmark and Oppland. By 2018, the company has become a national provider of welfare services with more than 130 employees in 9 counties.

The company has partnered with Credo Partners to continue developing the unique combination of a health and labor focused offering in the Nordic market.

Alpha Corporate Finance has acted as financial advisor to OppFrisk and its shareholders.

OppFrisk offers labor market services (“arbeidsmarkedstiltak”) for the Norwegian Labor and Welfare Administration (NAV), and day-based rehabilitation on frame agreements with the regional health authorities in Norway. The company had revenues of about NOK 150m in 2017.
