By partnering with Sopra Steria, EGGS Design will accelerate its international growth journey across Northern Europe. EGGS Design will continue as a separate legal entity under the EGGS brand for the foreseeable future. The transaction has been structured as a sale of 100% of the shares in EGGS Design AS.
