


Aspelin Reitan Eiendom will be owned 50/50 by Artel Kapital (“Aspelin family”) and Reitan Eiendom, and will also include Artel Kapital’s ownership in Asker Næringseiendom. As part of the transaction, Motek will not be included in the new structure. The combined company will have a total property value of around NOK 19 billion and manage approximately 565,000 square meters of highly attractive real estate, including landmark buildings such as VIA, Sommerro, and The Thief, alongside Reitan Eiendom’s properties in Christiania Areal. The company will continue to be a long-term and responsible urban developer, delivering sustainable growth and value creation in Oslo’s most central areas.

The agreement is expected to enter into force on 1 January 2026, subject to approval by the Norwegian Competition Authority.
