AGR Group divests its NETool business unit to Halliburton
AGR Group ASA has announced the divestment of the NETool business unit to Halliburton Company. NETool is a unique software for simulating accurate calculation of well performance. The steady-state completion hydraulics and near-wellbore numerical simulator is filling the gap between conventional reservoir simulators and well hydraulics software. The NETool software is today used by major international oil exploration & production and oil services companies.
